Bovril Concentrated Beef Stock, with over 150 years of use in professional kitchens, provides an intense color and toasted flavor to your specialties. It contains 50% concentrated beef stock that adds a roasted touch to your meat recipes. It has multiple applications: making sauces, roasts, lacquers, marinades, dressings, juices and reductions, as well as consommés and soups. Preparation: Add one tablespoon of Bovril Concentrated Beef Stock (approx. 20 g) to a cup with 200 ml of hot water and stir.
