Its vibrant, intense color, unmistakable smoky flavor, moderate spiciness, and versatility make it a fundamental ingredient in numerous Peruvian dishes, ranging from marinades to sauces and stews, giving each dish an unmistakable flavor that only the panca chili pepper can provide.
