How to prepare it:
Option 1 - Stovetop Heating Instructions: Open pouch, Pour contents into a pot, Heat and mix with a cooking spoon until hot enough.
Option 2 - Microwave Heating Instructions: Open the pouch, pour the contents into a bowl or plate / Place the opened pouch in the microwave, and heat for one minute. Heating time may vary depending on the microwave. Be sure to wear oven mitts to avoid burns. Ingredients: water, black beans, vegetable oil, iodized salt, and spices.
